Arlens — Your Data Rights
This is a public document for people who apply for a job at Arlens. It explains, in plain terms, what you can ask us to do with the personal information we hold about you, and how. It works alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains what we collect and why.

What this covers
When you apply for a job with us, we hold some personal information about you. You have the right to see and control that information — here is how.
What you can ask us to do
- See the information we hold about you, and get a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information (we will do this unless the law requires us to keep it)
- Get a copy of your information in a file you can take elsewhere
- Limit how we use it, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose
- Change your mind — if you gave permission for something (for example, recording an interview), you can take that permission back at any time
How to ask
Just email cl@arlens.fi and tell us what you would like. You do not need a special form or any legal wording, and it is free.
What we may need from you
To keep your information safe, we may ask a question or two to make sure it is really you before we act on your request.
How quickly we will respond
We will reply within one month. If your request is complicated, it may take a little longer — if so, we will tell you within that first month and explain why.
A note on our assessments
You can always ask for the information we hold about you and the outcome of your application, and you are entitled to your own assessment or test result on request. The internal methods we use to score and evaluate candidates are confidential, and we are not able to share those.
If you are not happy
If you think we have handled your information wrongly, please contact us first at cl@arlens.fi. You also have the right to complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
